Well, looking back on it, July was a fine month for the both the new Truth website where we’ve got our group starting to really gain some momentum and of course our Mewe group which is growing surely but steadily every week. It’s always a pleasure looking back and seeing the great photo’s we’ve posted!

Have you ever looked at a model and thought “That woman is too good to be true?” In this case you were probably right. Olivia Casta is an instagram sensation that at the time of writing this has amassed 3 million followers. The thing that sepeartes Olivia from the many of the other models in the universe is that she doesn’t exist anywhere but in the realms of AI technology. Thats right folks, she is a digital creation of a Ika company.

I’ve seen plenty of AI models on the internet, and it’s started-to become quite prolific on line. Usually you can tell, but Olivia is hyper realitic and if we’re being honest I had no reason to think she was fake when I first saw the photos other than the fact she was TOO perfect. A quick google search set me straight (no wonder she doesn’t return my phone calls). From an industry standpoint, I guess these AI models will become cheaper (if they aren’t already) than hiring a real model to push your products. I’ve even messed around with it a little myself. My results aren’t anywhere near as lifelike as miss Casta though.

Mikayla Demaiter: Hockey’s Ultra Babe

Mikayla Demaiter, born April 14 2000, has made quite a name for herself in the world of Women’s Ice Hockey. Besides being a dedicated and talented Hockey player, she’s also carved a neiche out for herself in the modelling world. If the truth be known, that’s how I came to know about her. I don’t know much at all about Ice Hockey if we’re being honest.

Demaiter’s first laced up the skates at a young age whist growing up in Canada and being heavily involved in the hockey scene. From a young age it became pretty obvious a young miss Demaiter was quite talented and honed her skills and reflexes as a standout goalie in youth and highschool leagues. It wasn’t long before she attracted the attention of scouts and was selected to play in the major leagues.

In 2018 Damaiter was thrust into the limelight when she became the first woman to play in the Ontario Hockey League. Mikayla also uses her powers for good, encouraging young girls to take up the sport and advocating for gender equality in sports.

Well its time for the feburary babes! Lets Leap ahead into what was another fine month of babes! Does it really get any better than this? I hope so! But either way this is pretty darn good!

In the mood for a classy but deliciously wicked drink? Well, look no further, I tried myself one of these a few days ago and it was nothing short of brilliant. Taking a sip of a warm “Bacon Washed Bourbon” and feeling that sweet warm bacon infused bourbon slide down your throat and warm your soul is an awesome feeling and a great way to end a night!

YOU’LL NEED:
50-60 mls of Bourbon*
A dash of maple syrup
some thinly cut bacon
Some brown sugar

Fry your rashers of bacon till they are crispy. I used a maple flavoured bacon but if you’re using standard issue bacon fry it in some butter and brown sugar to sweeten it up a little. pour a healthy shot of bourbon (50-60mls) into a cup, add a dash of maple syrup, maybe even some cinnamon if you have it hanging around and drop your hot bacon rashers in the drink. EMJOY!!!

Some other variations you can try include, orange garnish, chilli or even adding bacon fat to the drink. Some photo’s I’ve seen of this use ice cubes in the drink, but I’m hesitant to do that. I can’t imagine the drink being anything but warm. But by all means try it out yourself and see what you can do!

*I used “Gentlemen Jack” but whatever you like will be fine I’m sure! It’s definitely worth using something nice though!
